The owner wished to modernize his existing Value Village in Adelphi, Maryland with a new vestibule across the front of the building.  This would increase the presence from the busy road, and allow for a dedicated entrance and exit.  Roberts Architects created 3D images to help the owner understand overall massing and color selection.
